Frequently Asked Questions

Sizes of designs and logos:

The maximum area for branding on the front of a 6 panel cap is 10cm wide by 5cm in height.

It is possible to brand on either side of a cap as well as on the back.

These are also size dependent to a maximum design of 9cm in width.

Pocket embroidery:

We do not embroider on pockets as a rule. If the client specifically requests an embroidery on a pocket, the pocket will have to be removed by the client prior to work commencing and have the pocket replaced once the embroidery has been completed.

To avoid the unnecessary expense and the possibility of damaging the pocket, we generally embroider above the pocket.
